The Role:

* Work with the Insight team to understand the consumer appeal of games.
* Provide support to the Executive on day-to-day processes.
* Liaise with internal departments to gain approval for the production and execution of new game concepts, including gaining approval for game procedures and prize structures
* Work with the Brand team on merchandising and promotions to support game launches.
* Work with internal teams and external agencies on creating and maintaining winner processes, including the sourcing and fulfilment of prizes.
* Responsible for the end-to-end game development process, including writing briefs for new game development and existing game optimisation, working with the internal production team and external agencies.
* Evaluate the performance of games and ensure findings are reflected in future game development.
* Be the key point of contact for the external agencies and internal development teams to maintain the game development pipeline.
* Assist the Product Manager with the selection of games for the portfolio plan.
* Ensure all licensed content is formally submitted and approved in line with the game development process.
* Responsible for maintaining game development process documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and operational excellence requirements.
* Demonstrable experience of liaising with colleagues within own and cross-functional teams to support the activities of the team, suggesting ideas and contributing to continuous improvement.
