Job Title: Head of Marketing & Brand

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000

Better Placed are working with a leading Leeds based company that are looking for a Head of Marketing & Brand to join their growing team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategy across the full marketing mix, manage sizeable budgets and delegate responsibility to a broad team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding sector.

Key responsibilities:

* Create and deliver the Marketing and Brand strategy ensuring that strategic and operational targets are met.
* Enhance the reputation of the company through improved relationships with senior stakeholder groups.

* Increase customer engagement using a cross-channel approach.

* Delegate responsibility to a full mix team.

Key requirements:

* Significant experience heading up marketing and brand teams.
* Proven track record of achieving results on both a strategic and operational level.
* Experience managing large budgets and highly numerate.
* Digitally savvy, ideally with a working knowledge of paid advertising.

Based in Leeds, this role is commutable from York, Sheffield, Manchester, Bradford and Huddersfield.
