* Develop and execute campaigns to promote their business with SMEs globally. Drive the demand by increasing brand awareness and ultimately generating enquires for conversation by sales teams.

* Work closely with the sales, operation and country teams, product manager and other key stakeholders to help shape the marketing strategy as well as execute demand generation campaigns.

Client Details

My client is a leading independent financial services partner to UK businesses. They have a large marketing team and are looking for somebody to join there family feel company.


* Own and develop in-country marketing plans for all markets

* Work with and influence in-country marketing teams (within Europe) to deliver and implement each country marketing plan

* Develop messaging and campaign themes that reflect the proposition and have impact in all the markets in which BFX operate

* Develop both on and offline collateral to support the marketing and sales process, tailoring as required for each market i.e factoring in local cultural and language requirements

* Support new market launches - working closely with in-country marketing managers to develop and implement go to market plans within Europe

* Raise awareness internally of marketing through engaging communications, campaign briefings and updates

* Create and update website pages for the UK and Globally with relevant content that reflects the proposition

* Ensure effectiveness and efficiency of PPC and Display advertising in all markets

* Drive SEO visibility through on page content and keywords in all markets

* Utilise direct channels such as e-mail to drive direct enquiries (phone, contact form etc.)

* Identify and work with existing and identify new country partnerships to increase reach to the target market e.g. BCC, IoE

* Manage budget and deliver ROI to target

* Work closely with the sales teams to ensure they have sufficient relevant opportunities

* Ensure campaigns are tracked and measured to enable refinement

* Interpret MI to produce concise and insightful reports and presentations for stakeholders

* Utilise both internal team and external agency expertise effectively


The ideal Candidate will need:

* Experience of Financial Services or B2B marketing

* International marketing experience

* Able to use digital platforms such as Google Analytics, CMS and e-mail marketing platforms

* Ability to travel as required
