Leeds Beckett – one of the country’s most popular universities – has a comprehensive communications strategy that engages and inspires prospective students and applicants with the aim of maximising student recruitment.

We are seeking to appoint a CRM Communications & Data Officer to join our large, creative and dynamic Service. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to play a key role implementing and evolving our communications strategy, managing campaigns via our CRM and email marketing systems.

You will be responsible for the successful data management, day-to-day running and ongoing development of our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) and associated software systems. You’ll have a keen eye for detail and be scrupulous about accuracy. The ability to juggle various deadlines and schedules is essential.

The successful candidate will have experience of using and developing Microsoft Dynamics. Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics for Marketing would be advantageous, though not essential.

 

You will be based at our beautiful Headingley Campus and will receive generous benefits, including a holiday allowance of 28 days, increasing by 1 day each leave year up to 31 days.
