Job Title: Client Operations / Account Manager

Job Location: Reigate

Salary: £26,000.00 to £28,000.00 /year

Job Type: Full-time

The Company are a Field Marketing Agency - they look after Big Brands, Medium Brands, Small Brands. They activate them in store, they don't do traditional 'marketing' - so they make sure they are visible and 'on sale' so that consumers can buy them. They are looking for the right candidate to help manage one of their prestigious clients.

They are looking for someone to fit the bill - have a read through and if you think you might fit the mould then they would love to hear from you!

Their wish / wants list (which they would love for you to be able to tick off as many as possible):

* Strong communication skills - this is key in their business - know who does what, think about how your actions affect others, be part of the team
* Look after your client - treat them well, ensure they are happy, do everything in their power to deliver their campaign!
* Setting up campaigns - working with your colleagues to get the jobs up and running, getting the brief right so the job runs smoothly, filtering into the Operations team so they can activate your activity
* Reporting sense checking and analysis - make sure what is going to the client makes sense and question it with the internal team if not, even better if you had the ability to build reports yourself. Ensuring reports are complete in time.
* Dealing with client enquiries - getting back to clients same day on their queries
* Proactive approach to looking after their clients - what else can they do for their client? Can they cross sell other services they provide
* A willingness to ensure their job succeeds - work with your peers to ensure that every job lands well and on time
* Keeping on top of deadlines - project management is key, they need to have projects complete on time, you need to keep on top of your own deadlines
* Main point of contact for campaigns - building a rapport with the client so that they know if they come to you - it gets done!
* Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, ideally excellent on Excel - they can teach you the other systems they use
* Confident personality - a wallflower won't cut it here, they need someone with enthusiasm
* Happy to work in a fast paced but small friendly environment - it gets busy in here and sometimes noisy
* Driving License - sometimes you will need to go and visit the client, they provide a pool car for this, so it is great if you can drive
