My client, is looking to recruit a Social Media Executive to join their content team.

This role is hands-on, you will lead all organic social media and use your excellent knowledge of social media marketing to focus on not only engagement and growth of the channels, but also drive traffic, new members and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Content Manager and Head of Marketing to deliver set objectives and KPI's
Stay on top of new trends and practices within the social media industry to test and bring into the social media strategy
Develop new and existing organic strategies for all brands across all social media channels
Monitor and manage all social channels and engage with audiences
Improve current social workflow to maximise output
Responsible for the generation of new social content ideas, briefing to the designer for creation, and implementing to drive engagement and traffic to the site
Develop a close relationship with other departments to effectively promote discounts and drive traffic to the website
Improve customer engagement through social media activity, sourcing opportunities to interact, and turn members into advocates for the business
Report on social media performance and the impact it has on company KPI's

Key Requirements:
Proven and demonstrable social media experience
Ideally educated to degree level in marketing or a related discipline
Track record of leading on social media strategy for a business
Excellent communication and copywriting skills with the ability to interact with a range of audiences and stakeholders within the business
Excellent planning and organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Demonstrable social media campaign experience from concept to delivery
Proficient user of Google Analytics with the ability to record and analyse information
Creative mind, always seeking new ideas and concepts
Commercially aware, comfortable working towards KPI's and objectives to deliver results
Self-motivated, career driven and energetic team player
Comfortable using social media management tools
Salary: £25k plus excellent benefit package
