I am looking to speak to interested candidates regarding a Creative Copywriter role for a leading manufacturing business based in Warwick.

Client Details

My clients are leading industrial manufacturing business who are looking to add a creative copywriter to their wider marketing team based in Warwick.


The role will responsible for creating informative and engaging content for use on online and offline platforms.

Responsibilities include:

* Create content that aligns with marketing objectives and sales company goals.
* Write copy for market pages, product category and sub category descriptions.
* Coordinate with experts and designers to optimise and produce content.
* Ensure consistent tone of voice and reinforcement of Parker's brand standards.
* Produce, edit and customise content for all platforms, including the website, social
media channels, and supporting all promotional plans.
* Perform online and on-the-ground primary research for blog posts, articles, guides
and other content.
* Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
* Work with the marketing team to analyse content performance metrics and apply
those insights to improve content and develop better new ideas for the future.
* Source agency or freelance support to meet capacity demands.


The successful candidate will have a copy writing and/or content background and you will have a passion for writing engaging, thought provoking material.

* 5+ years freelance, agency or corporate/engineering/scientific writing experience.
* Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field.
* Excellent English language writing and editing skills in a number of different
styles/tones. Additional languages are a benefit.
* Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
* Experience working with content management systems.
* A deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them.
* Experience meeting deadlines and the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
* Great research, organisational, and learning skills.
* High comprehension of software like Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
* Experience with traditional, online marketing and lead generation.
