Description

Role Purpose

Working in the Customer Proposition and Lifecycle team, the Marketing Manager will ensure the success of the marketing strategy by detailing the overall marketing plan and setting realistic and achievable timelines for the work streams within.

The Marketing Manager will clearly communicate milestones and progress to key stakeholders of the marketing plan to make sure that all functions are aligned as much as possible.

Key Accountabilities:

* Establish, evolve & own the campaign process, working in conjunction with other marketing teams, channels and business functions

* Establish (or revise where appropriate) and own campaign process documentation and core plan master

* Establish key performance metrics for the campaign process and apply learnings to drive continual process improvement

* Coordinate with various teams and departments to forecast impact, plan resource and assess how best to implement strategy effectively

* Monitor resource, budget and customer journey conflicts across activities, escalating where required with stakeholders and supporting with conflict resolution

* Communication of plan to stakeholder group

* Work alongside customer proposition managers and other subject matter experts to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and to deadlines


Profile

The successful Marketing Manager based in Bristol will have:



* Strong communication skills

* Experience of stakeholder management

* Experience of marketing process

* At least 5 years experience in a marketing function or a marketing degree

* Experience of digital marketing planning software e.g. Percolate

* Ability to present clearly and concisely

* Demonstrable experience of project management

* Experience of process management

* Project management qualification preferred

* Proven analytical ability

Job Offer

The successful Marketing Manager will receive:

Up to 3 month contract
