My client is recruiting a Marketing Manager for their fast growing managed IT provider in Manchester
Your role will be responsible for all day to day marketing activities and the long term marketing strategy for the company. You must be a "hands on" marketer with the full marketing mix, preferably with experience of working for a managed IT provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Co-coordinating marketing events with campaigns and customers.
Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
Work with technical teams as well as sales leaders to integrate and support sales activities and resources.
Supporting and driving joint initiatives and campaigns with partner and vendors.
Creation and publication of all marketing material and content in line with marketing plans and sales initiatives
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
Working with specialist thought leaders in the business as well as Executive to promote and enhance the customer experiences and interest in our services and expertise.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results
Work with all social channels and marketing platforms to promote the services and benefits of the company
Drive increased demand and lead generation from website, social, content related and campaign initiatives
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
Skills Required:
Educated to degree level
Must have vast experience in a b2b Marketing Manager position, must be "hands on"
Candidates coming from a managed IT provider background is essential
Experience of media applications, social, tools & skills
Experience with CRM/ Email marketing tools/ social media creation and management/ metrics such as monthly ROI campaign reports etc
Attention to detail/ copy writing skills etc.
Must have the full marketing mix
Experience of Campaign marketing - support coordination of events, campaigns and website activity with engaging content in a range of formats including product guides, interactive online content, infographics, campaign landing pages, webinar content and presentations
Social Media Management - manage content strategy and calendar
Analyse marketing campaigns measuring engagement & content ROI
