The eCRM Executive contributes to the delivery of the global digital communications strategy through the effective use of eCRM. The role will ensure the consistency, impact and uniformity of campaign content. This includes developing and executing eCRM campaigns in-house or through external agencies as well as the production of campaign reports.

The eCRM Executive is responsible for powerful digital campaigns, helping to attract, engage, and inform the global community of current and prospective members. This includes:

* Preparing and delivering compelling copy for emails ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy

* Building emails using templates in HTML and inline CSS

* Preparing post-deployment campaign reports and undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met

* Developing and delivering e-CRM campaigns

* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, gain buy-in and ensure marketing objectives are met


To be successful as an eCRM Executive, you'll need:

* Previous e-CRM experience within a consumer marketing environment including a sound understanding of wider digital marketing channels

* Proven working knowledge of digital marketing platforms

* Proven experience of data management and campaign analytics and insight reporting

* Basic HTML, CSS and Adobe creative suite experience

* Desirably, international experience and cultural awareness of dealing across multiple markets
