This is an exciting interim contract for a Digital Performance Manager with a global influence for a major FMCG business based in London.

Client Details

Our client are a Global Leader in the consumer good industry based in London.


You will be focused on the Global personal care business and be the conduit between Brand & I.T. through the delivery of the following activity:

* Delivering measurable improvements in consumer experiences across our sales journeys, using a range of tools including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Campaign.
* Using Techniques and tools such as A/B Testing to test and learn new content and experiences and adjust as needed to drive meaningful brand engagement
* Driving the management and delivery of change through our digital properties, from inception to post-live validation and monitoring
* Working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders from internal global teams in IT, Brand, Creative through to 3rd Party agencies and suppliers.
* Using both qualitative and quantitative data to provide insight that helps define the short and medium-term vision for the consumer propositions
* Ensuring that the Consumer Experience on .com is best in class - meeting Site Speed standards, ensuring Product Portfolio is accurate, Content is relevant.
* Responsible for driving Innovation and new Capabilities on .com via the various platforms teams and processes


The candidate that secures this interim position will bring the following skills and knowledge to the role:

* In depth understanding of the Brand and Data Strategy in order to drive Data Driven Marketing
* Strong and demonstrable Technical knowledge of Content Management Systems
* Proficient and comfortable with the Adobe Cloud Marketing Suite of tools, specifically being able to log in to any of the tools to analyse, optimise and measure
* Confidence in using data and insights to optimise consumer journeys enjoys sharing knowledge with others and work collaboratively.
* Commercially aware
* The ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
* Innovative mindset to bring new engagement channels and capabilities

You will be available at short notice and happy to work in London on a daily basis.

Job Offer

Competitive Daily rate + 12 month contract
