We are looking for a Bid Executive who is well organised and experienced in producing high quality documents to manage PQQ's, tenders and bids for both public and private contracts. There is the opportunity for the individual to become involved in sales and marketing support also.
The position reports to and works closely with the Development Director

Key Responsibilities:
Management and updating of H&S accreditation's
Identification and completion of public sector PQQ's
Provide Estimating teams with supporting documents for private sector, high profile bids
Administration required to maintain a library of supporting information
Production and submission of requests for information from clients
Maintaining approved list status by providing clients with up to date information Production of high quality case studies to support future bids
Supporting the Development Director with production of monthly sales data
Assisting with coordinating external marketing consultancy
Opportunity to undertake proactive lead generation
Supporting the Estimating administration process at busy times or as holiday cover

We will expect the new employee to be able to work autonomously as well as working as a key part of the team in supporting the bid and wider estimating process

Key Skills:
Experience of the bid process, ideally working in a bid role looking for the next step up

Must have experience working in a bid role at coordinator /executive level

Experience of pqq's
Ability to multitask
Work as part of a team in a fast moving workplace
Good sense of humour and an enthusiastic attitude
Experience of Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop software - desirable
Management of social media - desirable

Salary up to £30k

25 days + bank holidays

9-5.30pm mon-friday
