Head of Brand Marketing
Joining one of the 2018 UK Best Workplaces as Head of Brand Marketing/Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will be a strategic, highly collaborative, people manager ready to make your mark with our high performing, close knit Twickenham based team. You will lead the brand team to develop and execute brand strategies & plans across Europe, delivering or exceeding desired growth for brands within the portfolio, driving long term brand health for brand portfolio, building strong professional partnerships. You will be seen as a key contributor to the success of Europe whilst leading, managing and developing a team of Brand Marketers by setting direction, managing priority initiatives and coaching individuals

Strategy and planning:
--Lead the development of the strategic direction of the brand in Europe
--Works with the Global Brand Teams (GBT) to ensure regional needs are understood & delivered on through global planning process
--Translate global strategies into local activation plans
--Review learnings from previous activation to inform current year planning
Execution of plans:
--Manage the execution of all elements of the consumer marketing plan (ATL, PR, BTL, Digital), from briefing agencies through to delivery
--Align with the shopper marketing team on all elements of the shopper marketing plan
--Create and deliver marketing action plans to the sales teams
--Recommend any corrective actions if necessary
Tracking and enhancing performance:
--Work with the insights team to track brand health, and propose timely corrective actions
--Work with marketing finance to track commercial delivery (P&L management) and manage risks and opportunities in order to deliver the annual operating plan
--Work with insights team to track shopper metrics (distribution / rate of sale) and to manage activation to keep our market performance on track
Insights and knowledge:
--Work with external data sources to understand market and competitive insights
--Evaluate brand activation to deliver commercial insight / ROI behind our activations
--Deliver improving consumer insight through working with the insights team to deepen our knowledge
To be the Head of Brand Marketing/Senior Brand Marketing Manager you will have:
--Degree level education
--Significant senior level marketing experience in a branded/consumer facing company
--Team Management experience
--Creativity / marketing activation
--Commerciality (performance management and budget management)
--Consumer, customer and shopper insight
--Pace and timeliness
--Passion for wine is helpful
