National Account Manager
My client is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of fresh pasta to the big grocers. They are growing massively year on year and this is a newly created role for them as a number two to the commercial director. The environment is extremely agile and this is an ideal role for someone looking for a business where they can make decisions quickly and have a real impact.
The role will see you setting account strategy and managing developing relationships with Waitrose (their largest account), Sainsbury’s and Morrison’s with a couple of other retail accounts.
The role is a real mix of strategy and delivery and you’ll also be expected to use insights to drive NPD.
- Candidates must have come from an FMCG background (ideally food and drink) with experience of managing one of the large grocers
- This is a great role for anyone possibly in a larger business, looking to join a medium sized business where they can have future line management responsibility and become a commercial leader.
- Candidates must be enthusiastic, driven and analytical
