A leading education provider based in Guildford are looking for a Head of Marketing Propositions on a 12 month fixed term contract.


Client Details

Our client is a leading established education provider who are continually growing despite current market trends. They are based just outside of the centre of Guildford with parking available.


Description

The Head of Marketing Propositions will lead the overall marketing of the University's product portfolio and deliver against a performance-based marketing strategy with execution against the agreed KPIs and budget.



You will manage the three product teams to design and implement the product marketing planning that is increasingly shifting marketing, direct prospecting and customer interactions in the digital space.



Spanning the whole customer journey, you will be working toward driving awareness, applications and increasing conversion within each of the business areas. The role is primarily engaged in the acquisition growth of students, however an increasing emphasis is required of the retention of current students to maximise the lifetime value of the customer.


Profile

* Graduate level or equivalent (alternatively a professional qualifcation in sales management/marketing)
* Significant experience in a business to consumer environment
* Experience of managing multiple teams in a commercial environment
* Significant experience of product marketing having built and delivered multi-platform plans
* Experience of working in a further educational environment with a focus on successfully marketing programmes to a variety of audiences
* Proven experience in planning, managing and delivering product marketing campaigns working across the whole marketing mix and throughout the whole customer journey including online and offline strategic marketing plans
* Commercial experience of developing and managing recruitment campaigns driven by ROI and understanding of the consequences of non-performance in the marketplace
