Senior Salesforce Administrator - £45-£50k - Publishing

Your new role
Will see you support the global sales, marketing, and customer service teams by providing first level support for any system issues or requirements, fulfilling training needs for these teams to maximise the CRM system. You will provide an excellent first level help-desk service ensuring all queries and issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently and within agreed timescales and use of Apex Dataloader to upload and update records within Multiple Salesforce Administrator tasks will be involved, including: license management, permission sets, reviewing page layouts, field values, reviewing App Exchange applications, and setting up and managing queues. Another part of the role will be to assist in the implementation of system advancements by understanding the user experience and processes in the system and testing of the functionality. You will also support the Director of CRM with the submission of change requests and other help desk needs as well as creating and distributing reports and dashboards to the global departments.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have In-depth knowledge and experience of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and be a certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201). You should be experienced in; the training of staff, business requirements gathering and Marketing Cloud or Pardot. As an individual you should be good at building relationships and have strong planning and prioritising skills. Finally, you must be able to work well in a team and by yourself and be passionate about the work you do.
