Fab opportunity to join a well established drinks company - this role has good flex to work from home as the focus is to find the right person. The offices are based in Kent, but work can also be done from other locations/remotely.

The Role

My client are looking to recruit a Brand Manager to help support their continued period of rapid growth. 50% of this person's time will be spent on a brand that will be imminently signed to the company. The brand can't be named at this point but it is an established brand that is respected throughout the industry and will be the No.2 strategic priority for my client The Brand Manager will need to:

1 Analyse all available data as well as commissioning consumer research to complete a full evaluation of the brand.
2 Develop a new off-trade strategy and 12-month activation plan.
3 Lead product innovation pipeline and the development of new formats.
4 Create shopper marketing activities for the brand's extensive off-trade distribution channels.
5 Work closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities for the brand.
6 Manage relationship with the brand owner including the generation of monthly reports outlining performance and outlook for the future.

The role will report into the Head of Marketing.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate would be:

* Degree educated with at least three years' experience in marketing
* Comfortable with both the creative and analytical sides of brand management
* An entrepreneurial self-starter
* A strong communicator
* Able to exhibit necessary gravitas to build relationships at all levels of an organisation
* Experienced in the beer category, especially within the off-trade
* Eligible to work in the UK
