Account Director to work on FMCG brands at fast paced independent agency

They are looking for an Account Director to work across two FMCG brands delivering creatively led campaigns which strike a chord with the consumer.
The work is fast paced and varied and you will work closely with the clients as an extension of their marketing department, developing strategies and then bringing to life through TV campaigns, social and experiential activity.
- Established Account Director with FMCG experience
- An understanding of all channels including social, digital and experiential
- An influencer with an appetite and ability to grow business
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous accounts and work streams involving cross functional agency teams
- Experience of creating, fostering and growing strong client relationships
- Passionate interest in driving high quality creative output
- Strong financial management expertise
- Strong, autonomous self-starter that is strategically minded
- People-management skills
