NCVO has over 14,000 members, ranging from small community organisations to large charities and corporate members. This is an exciting time to join our new and expanding Marketing team as we develop new and innovative capabilities and capacity. You have an integral role in developing, implementing and evaluating integrated marketing and promotional campaigns for NCVO, it’s products and services to ensure financial and strategic targets are met.
With a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, and across online and offline channels, you will be able to demonstrate your skills in using market research, audience segmentation and analytics to improve response rates. You are highly motivated in effectively promoting products and services and are skilled in writing engaging and compelling copy and developing creative ideas for a variety of audiences. You will contribute and identify new ideas and opportunities for improving our marketing campaign delivery.
Digitally savvy, you understand the importance of maintaining data quality in customer relationship management systems and are competent in using such data to appropriately segment and target for marketing activities. You will have experience of delivering digital campaigns and an understanding of programmatic techniques and paid social campaigns.
With excellent communication skills you develop and maintain strong working relationships with our customers, members and external agencies. You are confident in communicating and negotiating with relevant colleagues.
You have an interest in the voluntary sector. Well organised, you effectively manage competing priorities.
