Business Development Executive
Ecruit is changing the UK's advertising industry, and are working with some of the most exciting businesses in the UK, including Skyscanner, Netflix, Lulu Guinness and Purple Bricks to name a few.
We are now looking for a game changer to join our sales team as a Business Development Executive.
Since our launch two years ago, we have grown double digital, month on month, without fail. It is now time to build our own world class sales team, to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets.
What you'll be doing
As a Media Sales Executive you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for ecruit’s campaign management team. This will be our first BDE in the team, so the progression opportunities for those that can deliver results, are huge.
Typical tasks include:
- Approaching prospective clients and pitching ecruit’s solutions as well as handling inbound leads;
- Using phone, email and social media, you will be in charge of establishing the first contact with senior decision makers, often at director level,
- Leading customer demonstrations of our products and services
- Turning new business into repeat business
- Managing your own sales pipeline and independently seek out new business opportunities;
- The next step is promotion to campaign manager – where you work with our existing premium customers, and implementing longer term solutions for them
