The Campaign Marketing Manager will be responsible for the managing the development and delivery of a global B2B membership acquisition and engagement strategy.

This influential, global membership organisation is a leading professional body for their industry.


* Development and implementation of content-led, automated, digital marketing New Membership campaigns that generate qualified leads including the use of video, animation, infographics, etc.
* Building member engagement campaigns that deepen engagement with the organisation's activities with a focus on automating interactions in collaboration with marketing colleagues and subject matter experts, and ongoing monitoring of member engagement
* Use of a broad range of channels (web, social media, email, print, events, etc) and content (case studies, videos, press releases and profiles of new members)
* Ongoing monitoring, reviewing and reporting on campaign metrics, using results to influence campaign ideas
* Working with colleagues to streamline the new-member on boarding process in order to build a greater understanding of new members' needs
* Works with existing members to hold relatively small local evening events in a variety of countries
* Ongoing analysis of membership data including opportunities for membership growth (ie, geographic growth, new industry topics) and increased engagement
* Work closely with the sales team in helping them understand member requirements, strategy and positioning, various value propositions, and how to pitch the products and solutions
* Maintaining an up to date library of sales tools and case studies, developing new collateral and coaching the sales team as needed



* Proven experience working across the full marketing mix in a global B2B environment
* Track record of developing B2B sales and marketing collateral
* Experience developing marketing strategies to support organisational objectives
* Demonstrable experience with integrated marketing activities across multiple channels and markets with an understanding of how insight and technology come together to deliver customer experience
* Experience working alongside sales teams and in generating qualified leads, as well as with product managers to develop value propositions
* Sound understanding of key trends and areas of innovation which influence the way we interact and engage with our various audiences (digital marketing, new technology, Marketing Automation, CRM, data and analytical tools)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders
* Comfortable working as part of a global team to support users on different time zones and occasional travel as required


* Experience in B2B and membership sectors
* Experience with the following platforms: Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible, Lucidchart
* Experience of creating exciting creative digital assets, including video and animation
* Experience of drafting press releases

Job Offer

* A salary of between £55,000 and £65,000 depending on experience
* Home-based working
