Reporting into the Snr Manager, EMEA Communications, this position works in close partnership with the regional Marketing team to create and deliver impactful PR programmes with trade and consumer media, industry professionals and opinion leaders, stakeholders and consumers across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

* Partner closely with EMEA and country marketing teams to develop and integrate communications and PR programmes into marketing mix to drive awareness and trial of new and existing products

* Proactively identify opportunities for PR to augment existing marketing plans

* Serve as lead day-to-day contact for product-related communications with media across EMEA, including proactive trade and consumer media outreach and responding to media inquiries

* Support development of internal and organizational communications plans in support of the EMEA Leadership Teams, organizational changes and announcements

* Contribute EMEA regional content to corporate digital and social media properties to drive share of voice and achieve business objectives

* Help manage the reputation and equity of the business and its associated brands through the anticipation of issues and appropriate management of them

* Partner with global communications colleagues, including other regional communicators, global communicators, and internal communications team to highlight and showcase EMEA brand activations, organizational news and leadership communications


Preferred Skillset:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications

* A career with a focus on branded PR campaigns, media relations and issues management

* Experience working with Social Media and/or Digital is required

* Experience in delivering measurable business outcomes for consumer-facing PR programmes

* Experience managing branded PR campaigns

* Demonstrates expert judgment in launching new products and is sought after as an expert

* Ability to oversee and collaborate with agency partners to successful results

* The position may require up to 10% domestic travel

* Available for an immediate start or within 1-2 weeks
