The Brand Controller will be a classically trained FMCG specialist likely already at Marketing Manager or Controller level to take on complete responsibility for a brand which stretches into a number of different categories. There is a tremendously large NPD pipeline covering new additions to key ranges, new ideas/formats and some exciting product development on other parts of the portfolio. Due to the heavy focus on innovation, the Brand Controller will have extensive FMCG innovation experience ideally gained within food; we need someone who can cut to the chase and really focus on where the wins are; someone who can quickly validate ideas and concepts to determine the best brand opportunities. And because of the collaborative and team spirited culture of this company, it is also essential that the Brand Controller has an open communication style where they can build relationships super-fast!
