As Senior Insights Manager, you will act as the voice of the consumer for all brand activities across a portfolio of leading grocery brands. Sitting in the brand team day to day, but working in tandem with the broader Strategic Insights team, the Senior Insights Manager will guide strategy and project execution whilst maintaining the role as an objective advisor.
Overall responsibility is to monitor developing consumer and market trends, whilst setting the insight agenda covering a range of different project types and activities. These include:
• Brand positioning and strategy
• Portfolio management and pricing strategy
• Packaging development
• ATL creative development
The ideal candidate will have robust experience in the market research industry, be it client or agency side, and candidates must have a passion for understanding consumers, the decisions they make, and the reasons they make them. Strong commercial acumen is also important in order to make informed, actionable recommendations, as is confidence and engagement when communicating/presenting.
