Your new role

You will be analysing the trends of online sales and the importance for the business of effectively managing this route to market, a new role has been created that will focus on the effective marketing of the brands through E-Commerce platforms. Working alongside Brand Managers within the UK Consumer Marketing team, this newly created role will suit an experienced Digital Marketeer who can demonstrate hands-on experience of managing and optimising online E-Commerce platforms. Experience of working effectively with Amazon, with a track record of sales growth is also a pre-requisite. You will be planning, delivering and managing the eCommerce business - Maintaining product listings and working with the consumer marketing team to develop A+ content. You Maximise sales conversion through optimising search, use of AMS, generating product reviews and through maintaining buy buttons. You will be the department Amazon expert, and provide necessary reports and analysis for wider Marketing and Commercial team.

Management of the organisations direct-to-consumer E-Commerce website which will entail managing and updating content and working with Brand Managers . You will be working with Brand Managers to deliver integrated promotional plans alongside ATL/BTL advertising, social media campaigns, seasonality and key events, ensuring consistency across all platforms. There will be an element of managing external agencies on integrated campaigns to link all digital platforms and to drive conversion, including Facebook shop, Instagram shop tags, website buttons and links. An understanding of PPC and SEO would be advantageous.

What you will need to succeed

Advanced numeracy and analytical skills as well as experience working effectively with Amazon. Confidence and hands on experience with Google analytics and other digital analysis tools. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Commercial and strategic awareness. Demonstrate strong attention to detail, verbal communication and written skills. Confident in dealing with people cross functionally and at different levels Experienced at working with external agencies.
