Our client, a leading Hertfordshire marketing agency, are seeking an experienced administrator to join their accounts team and support the client services team.

Marketing agency of 40 seeing some real growth in 2019 and requiring administrative support to busy accounts team. With a positive culture and flexibility around working hours, this is a great place to work on an initial interim basis.


Description

As an interim Marketing Administrator, you will support the Client Services teams of Healthcare, Leisure and Auto clients with responsibilities such as workflow management, invoicing, pricing and supplier management, venue bookings, record-keeping and budget-tracking.


Profile

* 5+ years of administrative experience, ideally in support of marketing
* A flexible and adaptable individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment
* A professional manner, able to act as a gatekeeper towards client and work productively with colleagues
* Strong level of organisation and attention-to-detail paired with good writing skills
* Immediate availability


Job Offer

* Immediate start
* 6 month assignment
* Ability to schedule hours flexibly/outside of school hours
* All-inclusive hourly rate of £10.00-£12.00/hour PAYE
