As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you will work directly with the Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Ecommerce. You will plan, implement and execute the digital marketing strategy in order to build brand awareness and retain customers.

Description

As Digital Marketing Assistant, your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

* Support the Digital Marketing Manager to implement the digital marketing strategy
* Execute the paid social strategy: ad planning and creation on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest
* Support the building out and growth of the affiliate scheme - recruit and build relationships with publishers, identify paid placement opportunities and book in tenancies
* Manage organic social media planning and execution on a daily basis
* Undertake
* Work on optimising the refer-a-friend scheme and referral marketing
* Assist with monthly performance reporting and insights
* Work on customer database management, retention and VIP program strategies
* Help to develop and execute an influencer marketing strategy


Profile

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

* Educated to a degree level
* Proven experience in ecommerce in a luxury fashion environment
* Sound working knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Adwords, Google Analytics and CRM systems
* Good knowledge of MS Office including excel
* Knowledge of Magento and/or Shopify platforms a plus
* Hands on experience with Photoshop a plus
* Highly numerate and analytical with high attention to detail and a systematic approach to testing
* Strong communication and copywriting skills - both verbal and written
* Excellent organisational skills including prioritising and multi-tasking
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* A team player, calm under pressure, sociable with sound interpersonal skills, willingness to learn and acquire new skills
* An interest in the luxury clothing and ecommerce markets
