An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the world's largest professional services firms as a Legal Technology Marketing & Communications Manager who will be personally accountable for the group's effective marketing and communications delivery.

The Legaltech Comms & Engagement team is currently a team of five, including a dedicated Marketing & Communications Manager and specialist technology engagement managers based in London and Singapore. The Legal Technology Marketing and Communications Manager will be a key member of the Comms and Engagement team and the broader Legal Technology Group and a positive and credible ambassador for the group with partners and clients. The main focus for this role is ensuring the continued development and delivery of the group's marketing and communications strategy, policies, channels and content in support of the firm's broader business strategy and objectives. You will be responsible for the continuing development of the Legal Technology Group's marketing and communications strategy and plans and will implement the roll-out of new technologies within the firm to drive maximum adoption and effective product use. The successful applicant will take primary responsibility for the continued promotion of existing technologies within the firm using the group's general channels and collateral and more targeted approaches and also for the external promotion of the firm's legaltech capabilities and products general channels and collateral. The role holder will need to work closely with the engagement managers to develop the Group's relationships with specific internal stakeholder groups. You will also be tasked with co-ordinating the production of regular internal promotional and reporting communications, collateral and standard client promotional and advisory legaltech presentations, developing case studies and success stories and standard panel and matter pitch text and planning and implementing comms aspects of events and training.

The ideal candidate would be a bright and articulate manager with a substantial track record of achievement acting as an internal consultant and business partner in a marketing or communications role in the corporate or professional services sectors to include specific experience and success in the use of different digital media channels and formats in both a client facing and internal setting. A committed team player, with the ability to organise self and others and who fosters collaborative working, the Legal Technology Marketing and Communications Manager will be a confident, pro-active and will adopt a practical approach to specific and overall communications planning. Creativity, excellent oral communication and fluent business writing skills are prerequisite.
