Marketing Assistant - £25,000 - Hospitality and Catering industry

Your new role
Will see you work closely with an external agency to develop and/or design brand and campaign creative assets in multiple formats and for all platforms, offline marketing (print) using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop etc. and digital marketing (image, video), always maintaining high standards of quality and consistency across all outputs You will also be expected to support the Brand Manager in developing a digital marketing calendar and campaigns across various channels such as website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google Adwords and marketing email, maintaining consistency and building brand awareness. Monitoring and managing social media platforms to be the " voice " of this organisation will be a part of this role, as well as developing and improving customer and audience engagement through these platforms. You will also need to contribute to the analysis and improvement of marketing campaigns, website content and marketing email using web analytics and other social media management tools. Alongside this, you will work on continuously updating and improving web and social platforms content as well as ensuring all communications and designs adhere to brand guidelines and given assets look and feel. On top of all of the duties mentioned, you will also be assisting the Marketing Team to deliver effective campaigns through all platforms.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should have a qualification in graphic design, digital design, media communication or equivalent with very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design marketing artworks both for print, web and social media platforms. You will also need to have a working knowledge of digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Google Adwords, display Ads, and email marketing. Good copywriting experience including content creation for online campaigns with excellent written English will also play a key part in your success. You should be a pro-active, confident, self-driven individual with good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills as well as having the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines, with an eye for detail. Familiarity with CMS (e.g. WordPress) would be desirable but not essential and you should have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint and have the Eligibility to work in the UK indefinitely without restriction.
