£45K-£50K + bonus + benefits


Looking for more autonomy and responsibility in your next role? This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your classical FMCG experience to an exciting SBM role working for a global business with a vast portfolio of brands.

The role:

  • Strategic Brand planning for the portfolio, working closely with the marketing director
  • Plan and launch NPD initiatives, adapting global assets for the UK market where appropriate
  • Work closely with the Sales and Category teams to influence, agree and execute activations
  • Drive Digital Strategy, adhering to international guidelines and ensuring UK is seen as a leading market
  • Drive and champion the Digital agenda within the team, sharing best-practice and ensuring that the brands are at the forefront of digital opportunities
  • Support the Marketing Director with potential mergers and acquisitions
  • Manage brand marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI
  • Brief and manage all agencies
  • Management of two direct reports

Skills checklist:

  • Experienced Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager with 360°marketing skills developed within leading FMCG businesses
  • Strong Digital expertise, encompassing e-commerce, content and social media
  • Educated to degree level, ideally within Business Management or Marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic thinker, commercially astute, with good analytical and reporting skills
