My client, a successful healthcare brand in Lancashire is recruiting a Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team. If you have the full marketing mix and are looking to develop your online and offline marketing skills in a friendly culture then please get in touch!

Supporting the Sales & Marketing Director in the implementation of the strategic marketing plan through all aspects of the marketing mix in order to deliver effective marketing campaigns and achieving objectives within budget.

Ideally you will have an experience of managing a wide range of marketing communication projects across the marketing mix. The right candidate will have exceptional project management, communication and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Implementation of strategic marketing plan to achieve objectives using the full range of marketing channels - DM, events, sponsorship, PR, CRM, customer group segmentation, analysis and evaluation
Full responsibility for booking conferences, events, exhibitions, both our own and industry arranged.
This will include: researching, negotiating and arranging appropriate venues, staff hotels, packing delegate bags, managing database of attendees
Management of CRM database (sage), identifying sources and acquiring lists from new sources, utilising marketing opportunities from these lists Utilising CRM to define usage to get the most out of our stored data
Market research, identifying information needs and feeding back ideas to the team about possible new business opportunities and product development
Leverage marketing and sales opportunities at all events - this will involve providing ideas / discussion points for the setting and manning stands at key exhibitions throughout the year
Liaising with external agencies to achieve plans cost effectively
Assisting with creating brochures, leaflets, flyers, posters using adobe creative suites
Ensure websites are in-line with brand and are maximising marketing and sales opportunities
Researching and developing new e-marketing ideas and concepts
Managing social media channels, facebook, twitter, linkedin
Analysing web traffic statistics, increasing traffic using PPC / SEO, viral and banner campaigns (in conjunction with external agency)
Assisting in planning and developing relevant marketing communications to support product launches
Communicating product information to the Sales & Customer Service Team
Producing product supporting literature, including leaflets and fitting instructions
Arranging study days for customers, booking venues, organising literature
Writing web content for the company website
Compiling product presentation packs for the sales team

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level/CIM qualified
Must have the full marketing mix, both offline and some digital marketing
Possess direct mail, pr, product launches, event mgnt, leaflets, brochures, flyers, presentation packs
Adobe creative suites, Illustrator indesign and photoshop
CRM experience, social media knowledge
Possess strong writing skills, copywriting, brochures and web content
Market research, competitor analysis, analysing ROI

Company Benefits:
Salary up to £28k
