Ready to join a highly successful West End Creative and Media Agency delivering social, creative and influencer campaigns for the likes of Sky Cinema, Sandals, Dirty Martini and Bang & Olufsen.

We’re looking for a confident Client Partner to join our expanding Client Partner team. We aren’t looking for a traditional Account Manager – making the tea and taking meeting notes – we’re looking for a confident, commercially savvy Client Partner to work closely with our eclectic client portfolio on growing their business and ours.

You may be looking to make the move to London or working at a smaller agency and looking to work on bigger brands and briefs. Alternatively, you may be working at a large agency, looking for a smaller agency role to allow you more empowerment and responsibility! You’ll be ambitious to continue to develop your commercial skills and step into an agency where you can work with a multi-skilled, talented team.

Your current job role may be Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Client Services Manager. You may also be in a client facing Producer/Production role.

Sectors: Travel & Hospitality, Food & Beverage.

The Day to Day:

+ You will support the Head Client Partner and Client Partner Director with client servicing – defining, protecting and improving the client experience at all times, whether or not you have overall responsibility for that client.
+ You will be responsible for client relationships with our key accounts – protecting our reputation, growing their business, and developing strong, long lasting professional relationships.
+ You will develop a clear understanding of commercials at the agency, support in setting targets to grow the agency, and motivate all agency team members to achieve targets against both existing and new business targets.
+ You are a key leader in driving new business into the agency as part of the Client Partner team. You will seek out and support on business pitches for the agency. You will gather information, ask difficult questions, and find the root cause in order to produce the best recommendations and win the business.
+ You understand the value of specialists to our key accounts, and will take the lead in bringing the right people together at the right time, adapting strategies dependent upon client context and objectives.
+ You are able to define and understand the impact the agency is making for all your clients at all times and have a client plan in place for each of your accounts to improve client relationships, grow revenue and improve impact.

+ Experienced client handler and confident to lead client-facing scenarios
+ You've had previous experience of a fast-paced agency life and loved it!
