Do you want to play a crucial part in growing the revenue of an innovative business that uphold a strong reputation throughout the European market? Due to their unique, cutting edge technology methods globally recognised, it allows them to count some of the biggest household brands as customers.

Now looking for an experienced and commercially aware E-commerce manager to join the team, reporting into the Head of Marketing.

In this role you will take ownership of the E-commerce platform and will formulate and implement the e-commerce strategy for the business ensuring that commercial objectives are achieved.

You'll be responsible for developing the full E-commerce strategy for multiple websites across a variety brands, whilst also working closely with the marketing team to implement the E-commerce strategy with a marketing perspective.

Responsibilities include:
* Drive online e-commerce activity for key brands including marketing campaigns, email marketing, SEO, paid and unpaid media
* Formulate and deliver a solid e-commerce strategy
* Use relevant analytics tools to monitor and report on the effectiveness of e-commerce activities to optimise performance
* Responsible for maximising customer retention, increasing customer acquisitions and improving conversion rates in close collaboration with other members of the marketing team
* Lead the planning and introduction of a new web platform from a commercial perspective across multiple sites, within agreed project timescales
* Create and manage a campaign calendar working closely with the marketing team to drive sales and customer engagement across all digital media (social, video, blogs etc.).
* Maximise ROI for e-commerce and improve UX.
* Ensure that all digital campaigns are implemented within budget, monitored and adjusted accordingly.
* Manage Google Ads campaigns and activities linked to marketing automation and SEO optimisation.

To be a success you must:
* Be passionate about driving sales through e-commerce
* Have strong analytical skills with a data driven approach to decision making
* Have B2C e-commerce experience and proven success in achieving sales targets, conversion metrics and managing budgets
* Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads/Shopping feed, and Magento or Shopify would be advantageous.
* 3+ years marketing campaign experience and experience in managing international sites would be an advantage.
