Opportunity to join a leading FMCG/Pharma business as a Brand Manager (SBM) with full ownership of the portfolio and opportunity to drive strategy in a highly collaborative and progressive environment.

Leading FMCG/Pharma business with a portfolio of some of the nation's favourite brands!


Key Responsibilities will include:

* Lead development, approval and implementation of marketing brand plans to deliver annual budgeted net sales and share growth

* Manage development and regional adaptation of communication material bundles and coordinate internal approvals

* Collaborate with EU Marketing to influence and support development of EU master communication materials
* Partner with cross-functional team (customer development, demand planning and supply chain, legal) to inform accurate forecasting and case fill

* Partner with Scientific Affairs to liaise with influential key thought leaders (KTLs), mid-level influencers and associations to build advocacy for brand

* Lead development and implementation of local engagement plans

* Work closely with Insights to ensure that materials developed are based on insights and are validated before implementation

* Actively participates in cross functional Go to Markets teams for assigned brands

* Actively work with the Brand Teams to give input into consumer NPD or GTM teams

* Engage, brief and monitor agencies within company network

* Manage professional marketing A&P budget for brand following key processes and systems

* Support product training for field team
* Ensure 100% compliance with procedures and reporting of adverse events in line with procedures


The successful candidate will have the following prerequisites:

* Prior experience (3-5 years) in Marketing brand management within healthcare/pharmaceuticals

Prior field experience (1 or 2 years) in the healthcare industry is a plus
* Proven track record in healthcare marketing (experience working in highly regulated and complex pharmaceutical, OTC or healthcare industry desirable)

Experience in managing creative and service agencies

Strong and effective written and oral communication

Strong analytics and decision making

Experience with CRM functionality a plus

Experience with digital touch points a plus, basic experience a must
