The Marketing Executive will be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing member marketing plans and campaigns to drive growth for the team.

Description

* Support in developing, delivering and monitoring integrated marketing plans and programmes using a full range of marketing tools and techniques including email, web, social media and print
* Review, analyse and report on marketing campaigns and activities to build understanding of target markets and gain useful information for influencing future marketing activity
* Act as a brand champion to ensure all collateral and marketing have undergone the appropriate levels of collaborative development, integration with brand and other marketing activity
* Build strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders including design and media agencies
* Management of projects, marketing budgets and time schedules effectively as agreed


Profile

Essential

* Experience of developing marketing communications plans across the marketing mix
* Proven skills and experience in some/all of: website, email, writing web and email copy, and analysis of key digital metrics and measurements
* A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and Email Marketing (Dotmailer preferred) and CMS systems
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail with strong copywriting and proofreading skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and confidence building relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders
* Proven time management and multitasking skills with ability to work under pressure
* Creative and proactive approach to work (particularly within brand/identity guidelines) and identifying areas for improvements and making appropriate recommendations
* An enthusiastic team-player with a can do attitude



Desirable

* Experience of working on promoting either webinars, events or loyalty programmes
* Previous experience working in a commercially-led role
* Previous commercial/membership/association experience
