As the Head of Product/Proposition Development you will be defining the strategic opportunities for driving revenue generation for this well known charity. In this day and age, charities need to be a lot more commercial in defining their B2C propositions to create cut through to acquire, retain and generate strong customer lifetime value from their donors. There are many different channels to look at such as the charity lottery, 'in celebration/memory of' donations, community fundraising, creating opportunity off the back of marketing/newsworthy activities etc.

The key challenge though is that it's not creating a tangible product. It's creating a proposition that helps people understand why they are donating and what that money will do while creating something engaging as the vehicle through which to make that happen.

This role is a real blank canvas for you to make your mark on, try something new, bring in new ideas from the commercial sector, take risks etc.

As long as you have developed B2C products or propositions and are used to having a revenue target attached to this then this role could be for you! Managing a team of 6, previous line management experience is a must.
