Interim Senior Brand Manager role for an FMCG business in the West Midlands. Supporting the team with extra workload.

Description

Accountable for delivering the brand activity and communications in the plan to consistent high standards. Utilising strong technical marketing skills and experience to execute the brand activity plan. Consistent application of internal process and delivery of work in accordance to all external guidelines.



Key responsibilities:

* To deliver the activity in the brand plan, aligned to the Brand identity, using a high standard of project management to feed into the businesses processes as demanded.





* To understand and deliver comprehensive insights into the performance of the Brand (Market, Consumer, Shopper and Customer) using the standard reports and specific requests as the foundation for the brand & game planning process.





* To manage the brand budgets effectively and accurately, always able to produce a clear summary of the current situation including opportunities and risks.





* Execute marketing activity including:





* Develop creative briefs for 3rd Party agencies and work with them to develop and implement the consumer communication and activity plan.





* Manage the development and implementation of consumer via customer brand activity, including selling tools, in outlet brand experience, compliance and evaluation.


Profile

A track record of developing, delivering and evaluating brand activity on plan, on budget.

The ability to analyse insights and performance data to create a coherent and commercially accurate summary of brand performance.

A track record of working effectively with partner agencies and peers, demonstrating adherence to agreed best practices, to build effective and working relationships.

Experience of being responsible for the administration of a brand marketing budget.

Experience of the full range of marketing technical skillsets, delivered at a continuously proficient level.

Must have brand experience in FMCG and already be at Senior Brand Manager level


Job Offer

£250 to £300 a day

3 to 6 month contract

Office based 2 days a week and home working 3 days per week!
