Description

The Successful Digital Manager will require to carry out the following duties:

* To work with the Head of Marketing and Audience Engagement to lead the on-going development and delivery of a bold and effective digital strategy and transformation programme.

* To champion digital across the charity.

* To motivate and develop skills in the digital team to help them be ambitious, innovative and professional in their thinking and delivery.

* To foster an audience-focused culture around all of the charities digital work.

* To support the IT team on the implementation of a new IT strategy and make sure it continues to neatly dovetail with the Digital Strategy.

* To ensure the charities is forward-thinking in our use of digital and apply learning from changing trends to the charities digital approach


Profile

The Digital Manager is required to have the experience in the following Digital Management, Product, Communications, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Team Management and Stakeholder Management

The Digital Manager will lead the Digital team in this Not for Profit and Charities organisation. This organisation is based in South West London within walking distance to one of London's major transport link. The client is offering a competitive rate of £44,000-£50,00 DOE.
