An exciting position has arisen for a Marketing executive to join one of Europe's leading retail banks and financial services, based in central Bristol. With strong roots in Europe's economic history, the company supports their employees and customers in today's changing world.

Your new role

The vacancy sits within the Marketing and Communications department. You will take ownership of the finance products, this includes management of the existing portfolio to ensure assets are compliant and up to date. You will also support in creating and modifying product assets to meet customer requirements. Working closely with 3rd party suppliers and IT to develop high quality print and digital product collateral. You will create timely production of finance promotions, to support new sales opportunities, all of which must be compliant with FCA, CAP, ASA and other regulatory regimes as defined under Marketing and Financial Promotions Policy.

The production of marketing assets will include; sales and marketing literature, sales presentations and support in the request for proposals

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering finance products, promotions and assets, ensuring 100% compliance and sign off to agreed SLAs and regulatory standards
* Managing and maintaining records for approved assets to provide a robust audit trail
* Acting as a subject matter expert in financial promotions and marketing literature
* Owning and maintaining supporting workflow systems that help to deliver a slick, efficient and digital asset approval capability
* Supporting the marketing team with day-to-day activities and deliver short term / one-off projects set by my Line Manager.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have worked for a financial services within a similar role, and have an understanding of leasing finance products and promotions, in particular vendor leasing. Experience in software programs such as Adobe Livecycle, InDesign and document management systems, and have the ability to create on brand, creative assets. Along with an exceptional attention to detail. Knowledge of FCA, ASA and CAP, and knowledge of risk and regulatory frameworks. It would also be useful to understand how to digitise customer journeys.

What you'll get in return

* Working in a busy, open plan office.
* Normal working hours are 9.00 to 17.30 Monday - Friday; however operate on a shift system from 8.00 to 18.00 each day. Additional hours will be required on an ad-hoc basis.
* Dress code is business formal Monday-Thursday, business casual on a Friday.
* Have regular performance reviews with my line manager; this will include a mid-term and end of probationary review and regular one to one catch ups.
* You will be expected to complete annual online Compliance training modules via the online training platform and will continue to receive on the job training throughout your career.
