I’m looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst, with a very particular set of skills, to join my client, a leading brand in Central Leeds.

Working as part of a growing team, a large part of your role will be to take responsibility for campaign selections to ensure that the right customers are being contacted about the right thing at the right time.

Day to day, your role will include:-

-       Managing campaign selections
-       Maximising ROI from marketing campaigns by increasing conversion and ensuring highly targeted campaigns
-       Identifying customer purchase patterns, in order to create models for future activity
-       Wider market analysis
-       Maintaining the analytical models, with responsibility for the removal of outdated/irrelevant models and adding new ones as needed
-       Working on the RFM model to produce reports on customer behaviour/habits

It goes without saying that you’ll be highly analytical, with advanced Excel skills, and ideally you’ll have a background of working with SQL for complex data interrogation/analysis. You’ll have gained strong experience of working with large data sets, and it’s imperative that you’re comfortable getting stuck in from day one. Equally as important as your analytical skills is your ability to turn your findings into understandable, actionable insight for the wider business, as you’ll be working with a range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Based in Central Leeds, the Marketing Analyst role is easily commutable from Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield, York, Harrogate, Skipton and surrounding, and offers a highly competitive salary, market-leading benefits, and plenty of scope for progression.
