The Event Supervisor will be responsible for the delivery of the needs of the promoter and artist, working with the Operations Manager to ensure the correct technical requirements are in place for promoter load in, attend related meetings on behalf of the company and adhere to the budget and safety restraints at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Liaison between venue and promoter to ensure all production needs are met and the contract is being adhered to
Work with relevant venue operations personnel to ensure that the relevant overlays have been sought, booked and installed and creating a schedule for show build
Work closely with the Commercial Manager to make sure everything within the contract relating to ticketing, selling of the shows and the contracts that are required to make the show happen
Ensure that the Promoter and Safety Officer are working to the same capacities of the venue at all times
Develop and foster relationships with important personnel to ensure streamlined communication and successful execution of each show on tour
Set a workable budget for the show and make sure all the expenses are being tracked and are within the limits of spending
Oversee the load in and load out of the show from artists, vendors and all that apply
Having the ability of diffusing employee and supplier relation situations and conflict resolution, review, approve and submit budgets
May also be responsible for hiring local labour, rentals and other show needs

Key Requirements:
Extensive events management experience within a senior role
Working knowledge of technical aspects of events production
Ability to create and maintain budgets for events
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); and ability to learn required business systems
Previous management experience with an emphasis on resolution management
Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Experience interpreting event contracts and production budgets
Must be able to commit to a FTC role up to 12 months (to be reviewed)
