You will be the Internal Communications Change Lead. You will support the overall successful development and delivery of the Transformation Programme communications and engagement plan. Description

As an Internal Change Communications Manager you will support the overall successful development and delivery of the Transformation Programme communications and engagement plan. Act as the lead for all transformation communications within the programme, across all work streams and externally within the organisation.

* Develop and deliver outstanding internal communications focusing on strategy and corporate priorities.
* You will provide strategic advice and guidance on all aspects of internal, change and employee communication.
* You will manage the internal communications team and support colleagues across the wider team.
* Management and develop the team, driving continuous improvement by empowering, motivating and inspiring the team
* Lead the department's work on the strategy and delivery of an internal communications function, providing strategic advice to senior members on all aspects of internal, change and employee communication and engagement
* Review internal communication channels, ensuring they are fit for purpose and reaching audiences effectively, working across the teams to develop and manage corporate-wide internal channels
* Implement programme wide communication and engagement plans through planning and prioritising workload
* Develop and drive stakeholder engagement through building trust and collaboration, ensuring stakeholder relationships are owned and managed
* Project manage the timeliness and impact of all programme communications highlighting any issues with delivery


Profile

As an Internal Communications & Change Leader you will have;

* A proven track record of working as a Internal Communications/ Change Communications Lead.
* You would have managed projects though a large transformation programme
* A deep knowledge of and skills in internal communications and engagement, and change management, ideally with a recognised specialist internal communications qualification.
* Membership of relevant professional associations, for example Institute of Internal Communications (IOIC) or CIPR
* Ideally managed a team and been the lead on Internal communications for a complex business public or private sector
* Must have a proven track record of managing key stakeholders and be able to produce both on-line and off-line multi- channel communications
