About the role:

We are currently supporting one of the UK's fastest-growing FinTech/challenger banking brands, seeking to appoint a Commercial Product Manager to fulfil a change project in the run-up to the PSD2 regulatory changes.

The successful candidate will manage relationships with existing co-brand partners through the implementation of the commercial strategy behind PSD2 and whilst ensuring a high level of engagement between all partners.

You will manage the implementation of solutions in the area of customer authentication across multiple platforms internally, in collaboration with external third parties.

You will work closely alongside business intelligence and analytics teams, to ensure reporting and data requirements are provided up to and post-delivery.

In addition, you will provide vital support to the marketing function, ensuring that campaigns inform and educate customers on the upcoming PSD2 changes and how this impacts them.

An effective communicator and stakeholder manager, you will ensure that all teams are fully briefed and prepared ahead of the operational changes.

About you:

* An experienced product manager (or similar) from within a payments, FinTech or credit cards background.
* A proven stakeholder manager at all levels within a business
* Effective third party management, plus the ability to manage conflicting priorities and challenge where appropriate.
* Strong presentation skills.
* Service management and transition for BAU or project/business readiness.
* Commercial knowledge and experience of working with retail partners in a financial change project role.
* A solid understanding of change delivery with the resilience to push back and manage conflicting priorities.
* Able to adapt to various change methodologies.
