Marketing CRM Analyst

£35,000 - £42,000 per annum

I am currently recruiting for a Marketing/CRM Analyst to sit within the Pet Insurance division of a well-established, global insurance company, based in West London.

We're looking for a data-driven, CRM specialist as part of the wider optimisation team, which provides marketing data services to the internal marketing team, increasing customer value through evaluating and refining the customer contact cycle.

The successful person will manage the CRM campaign programs from a data-driven perspective, through the whole campaign life-cycle. This involves briefing through requirements to the testing and delivery monitoring phase.

The campaigns team focuses on personalisation of marketing campaigns through data driven insights and reporting, and plays a vital role in refining the targeting approach and differentiating the brand in the eyes of the customer.

The Marketing CRM Analyst will deliver specialised, scalable CRM capabilities to drive customer acquisition, customer-centricity and loyalty and will play a pivotal role in developing customer relationships through a programme of continuous improvement for consumer marketing campaigns.

The role:

* Managing CRM campaign programs through the campaign concept, briefing campaign developers, testing, delivery and ongoing monitoring phases.
* Liaising with internal marketing teams and contributing to targeting strategy for creating and optimising campaigns.
* Developing campaign success reports.
* Implementing campaign best practice.
* Investigating and resolving and issues throughout the campaign process, including issues with third parties and other departments.
* Investigating customer queries relating to CRM campaign targeting using Apteco Fast Stats.

About you:

* Direct experience of driving B2C data-driven consumer marketing campaign programs.
* Experience of creating campaign reporting dashboards.
* Experience of multi-channel CRM targeting campaigns.
* A good understanding CRM relational databases and the data-driven CRM campaign process.
* Highly proficient in the advanced functions of MS Excel.
* Working experience within Apteco Fast Stats, SQL, Access, Alterian, Business Objects or Adobe Campaign is highly desirable.
* Numerate and analytical.
* Enthusiastic, customer focused, keen to put forward solutions.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
