Head of Marketing
An established challenger brand with a track record of growth in a category dominated by multinational brands. With shoppers scrutinizing product quality and ingredients like never before, the business have invested several £million in formulation and packaging changes that bring real disruption, innovation and stand out on shelf. However, the job is far from complete and there is an incredible amount of work to be done to take advantage of the investment and deliver on their ambitions.
In short, you will be expected to:
- Build the plan to drive penetration and market share growth over the next 5 years
- Lead the brand and communications strategy across all media and channels, including in-store and on-shelf activation
- Lead, energise and coach the team to deliver best in class marketing activity across all touchpoints
- Support the innovation/product team to develop relevant and successful innovation that aligns to the brand strategy
We’re looking for someone special here. A challenger-of-the-norm, a go-getter, a disruptor with strong consumer brand marketing experience. An informal, but highly credible communicator. Someone fun and energising but also serious about the quality of the team’s work and objectives.
