EMR are working exclusively with a 'Big Four' professional services firm to recruit an Internal Communications and Engagement Associate Director on a 1 year FTC.

You will lead on talent communications and engagement for the Financial Services division of the company, and oversee the work of a Communications Manager and Communications Executive.

Working closely with the wider senior brand, marketing and talent leaders within the business, you will build and execute communications strategies and plans around people, culture, brand and values - with the ultimate aim of raising the profile of organisation internally and externally.

In the role your key responsibilities will include:

* Oversee delivery of leadership and employee engagement communications strategy and execution in line with overall business and talent strategies
* Partner with the Marketing, Content and Brand teams, and integrate the firm's EVP story into their EMEIA financial services strategy, ensuring internal and external alignment
* Develop and maintain a consistent, inclusive story that employees understand, support and feel proud to share with others
* Lead on and promote employee advocacy initiatives, as well as partnering with talent leads to develop integrated talent communications strategies

Your key skills and experience will include:

* Experience of implementing 'best in class' communications across digital and face-to-face communication channels, with good knowledge of internal communications and engagement strategies and HR subjects
* Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
* Ability to develop strong working relationships at a senior level and to team across countries and functions
* Proven experience of developing people, culture and employer branding communication, and have a proven track record of taking ideas and turning them into engaging content
