An exciting Brand Manager role has become available with a global FMCG food brand based in Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate to help in executing the global strategy for two key brands with a company offering clear progression.

The is the perfect role for candidates who wants to see their thinking and ideas converting into action in a short time frame with the ability to influence the business and the future of the company.


The Brand Manager will be delivering marketing plans for the brand and will contribute to all cross-functional actions related to consumers and trade and be responsible for executing the digital and social activities.

* 360 managements of NPD from conception to launch
* Identifying new gaps in the market to expand product range - competitor analysis and presenting to Marketing Manager
* Working with Nielsen to deliver monthly reviews to be presented
* Build your knowledge of your consumer/shopper insight to help develop future NPD and campaigns.
* BTL Marketing including in store POS and retail campaigns
* E-commerce and digital management - campaigns
* P&L management
* Creation of product packaging
* Work closely with sales team developing materials for pitch and help grow distribution
* Managing external agencies
* Manage and track brand activity results and recommend how to improve moving forward
* Be the glue between all other internal teams


The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG marketing experience ideally 3 years +

This is an office based role, however occasional national and international travel will be required to production sites and distributor's head office.
