Digital Content & Performance Managers

Great opportunities to bring your exceptional analytical and strategic skills to a global FMCG, working with marketing and agency teams to develop digital content that drives business results, is the challenge of these challenging new roles with one of the world’s leading FMCG companies.  As part of a newly established function with a ‘start-up’ mentality, you will work alongside the brand and data analytics teams to ensure that all branded content across global sites and digital platforms, is relevant and fully optimised.  This will involve analysing performance and results within the digital landscape, including consumer journeys and campaigns, then presenting strategic insights and recommendations for improvement in digital assets and strategies. Client-side or digital/media agency experience.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Measuring content performance against KPIs (Conversion, Bounce rates, Click throughs, Traffic etc) – analysing the data, tracking performance and reviewing the content’s impact.
  • Working with technology to understand, interpret and analyse media performance across multiple digital channels including social media, e-commerce, owned and paid media and paid search
  • Conducting usability and A/B tests to gauge content effectiveness making recommendations to optimise content based on results
  • Identifying opportunities and making recommendations for re-development or re-deployment based on performance, engagement and consumer insights
  • Working with the brand teams and media teams to map media and comms to consumer journeys

  • Proven strength in analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and analytics to understand and improve performance
  • Experience with Media platforms such as DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics as well as A/B testing, audience segmentation and targeting
  • A good understanding of other integrated marketing channels including: email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, and SEM/paid advertising
  • Familiarity with SEO best practice and ideally with tools including Shopify CMS, Hotjar UX and Survey tracking, Google Analytics
  • Able to work under pressure and independently in a deadline driving environment
