The Markeing Manager is working at group level across four brands in their portfolio and managing a team of five.

The purpose of the role is to set strategy and deliver the Group's marketing and communications.

Managing a team of five, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing multi-channel marketing plans. Using MI to produce collateral, content and copy in line with the plans, by working closely with the marketing team and external agencies to produce high-quality collateral and digital assets. Liaising with external partners and suppliers to ensure best value whilst measuring and reporting against budget for continued ROI.

What you'll do:

* Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the marketing team
* As the Marketing Manager you will implement the marketing strategy for each of the 4 businesses
* Concept, design and deliver marketing communications activity across print, online, press and social media to include budget management and the ability to clearly measure the ROI
* Act as brand guardian for our core brands and those of our partners.
* Be aware of global market conditions, competition and be reactive to the needs of the business.
* Work closely with the sales department to support bid writing, sales proposals and new product development strategies.
* Be the voice of the company by writing engaging external and internal communication with the aim to raise the profile.


As the successful Marketing Manager you will need the following skills:

* Ability to plan workloads and resources

* Ability to prioritise opportunities, challenges and tasks to achieve successful outcomes

* Highly self-disciplined and proactive individual who can deliver quality output

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Attention to detail

* First-class stakeholder management with confidence and credibility to deal with all levels

* Ability to drive measure able campaigns

* Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint

* Proven experience in the use of; Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Business Manager

* Additional exposure to platforms such as Wordpress (or other CMS) and CRM software


* Prior experience and proven track record within a full marketing mix role is essential for this position
* Proven track record of delivering results
* Proven track record of delivering B2C and B2B marketing and communications
* Previous marketing role within the leisure sector will be an advantage
* Flare for creativity
