Reed Marketing are working with a leading organisation who are expanding their Marketing Team as the business has a pure focus on their online business.

The Marketing Manager will develop relevant and actionable insights and use these to support the creation of customer specific integrated marketing programmes (offline & online) to drive improved effectiveness throughout the customer journey. Also you will lead the team in development and delivery of content, services and functionality across owned, paid and earned online channels.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead the business in developing plans to grow sales and profitability of the assigned customer groups
- Develop and drive the online proposition for specific target audiences. Drive consistent brand values across the on-line and off-line customer experience.
- Develop and deploy omni-channel programmes to increase site traffic and conversion. Use a max of online and offline tools to create personalised and automated cross channel interactions and experience along the customer journey. Tools include:Search Marketing, Content Strategy, Email Marketing,Social Media,Direct Mail and Events
- Work with a number of different teams to drive growth
- Undertake market research and analyze market / customer data to develop consumer insight
- Direct the design and feel of site ( user experience) in line with business objectives and value of brands

- You will ideally hold a professional marketing qualification - CIM
- At least 5 years experience in a digitally led business, spanning both b2c and b2b, with an excellent understanding of all elements of the marketing mix
- Strong communications skills - able to liaise at all levels
- Be able to prioritize your workload
- Have experience in managing a team
